So here is some more update on my December daily 2015.
These are my last date cards and I'm super happy I started in August - LOL!
For this session I actually got quite a lot done and I even surprised myself.
What a day!
I was trying to work some on my December daily and it's a good thing I started in August, let me tell you - LOL!
First as soon as I sat down, my baby woke up way to early from his nap and it took quite some effort to put him back to sleep. So right there our entire day went down the drain LOL!
My next attempt was brutally interupted by a long call from my sister, who is past her due date and bored out of her mind just waiting for the water to burst. But at the same time to scared to leave the house in case the water actually would burst - as you could imagine it would if you actually would be fine waiting a little bit more...
In the midst of everything I forgot to turn off the camera, so don't you think the battery died - which of course I didn't noticed.
So I appologize for the crappy video, but I thought I'd show it to you anyway and I hope to have a better update soon.
I'm here with the sixth update of my December daily 2015. I'm getting there :D

the cards after they are done. You can find my December daily 2015

For the 14th of Dec I made the 4x6 card off record. I used a tag from the Snow day collection and it actually said "To a perfect pair". But I traced the "To" with a white gel pen and stamped "we are" in soot ink by Lawn Fawn using the Milo ABC stamp set. What to you think?
I'm here with the forth update of my December daily 2015 :D
I have to admit I'm getting a bit stressed out, even though I started in August - LOL!
You can find my first update HERE, my second update HERE and my third update, which was also a process video, HERE.

I'm trying to share a process video here, what you don't see is that I have everything from my set up on my dining room table (and a bit more...) I'm getting stage fright though, so I didn't feel that any of the card is actually entirely done. But hopefully you'll get the idea of how I'm working, the inspiration is from Nicolejones911's December daily 2014.
I'm here with the second update for my December daily 2015.
You can read about the first update HERE
and about the set up 2015 HERE
I have a good feeling about this so far, since there is still months to December - which is well needed in my case :) (Slow progress, but good progress, right?)
I know, I know. I was supposed to make all the 4x6 cards with the dates first. They are still my top priority, but I was just in the mood for some easy 3x4 filler and journaling cards.
Top left:
Super easy. A bit of gold washi from my stash and a piece of manufactore strip from Lawn Fawn on top of it. My plan is to leave it like that and have it like a journaling card. But I'll decide wether I''ll write direct on top of it or put another shaped layer to write on later. The paper is Magnolia 12x12 Vintage Christmas Ice princess cut into 3x4.
Top middle:
I'm super happy about how this turned out and it didn't take very long time to produce, but before I had wrapped my head around it... I really have to squeeze out creativity sometimes - LOL!
It's plain white cardstock cut into 3x4. I then added some scraps from a couple of manufactore strips on the top and bottom. The "you" is a die cut from Memory Box amazing you and the rest of the sentiment is from Wplus9 Handlettered thanks. I added a flair botton from the collection kit by Lawn Fawn Snow days (that's the paper from where the manufactore strips origin too) and stamped a couple of hearts in different sizes using Lawn Fawn stamp set Snow days. I used distress ink in Festive berries.
Top right: Magnolia 12x12 Vintage Christmas Red noel cut into 3x4. A bit of washi music notes and a piece of manufactore strip on top. I cut the corners with a scissor, to add some interest. This card is also likley to hold either a small photo or some sort of journaling.
Bottom middle: Magnolia 12x12 Vintage Christmas Snowy wood cut to 3x4. The washi tape is to ground the other pieces. Which is a scrap paper from Lawn Fawn collection kit Snow day, I rounded the top right corner. The little banner sticking out is part of a manufactor strip which has a bunch of banners saying "date:". But I hid the text. It's likely that this card will hold a smaller photo. I might write something on the banner or just make a smiley face...
Bottom right:
The 3x4 card is also a cut-a-part from the collection kit mentioned earlier. I had some intention of making something with the banner, but in the end I stuck to what's simple and just added the little snow scene, which is actually part of the packaging to mentioned collection kit :)
I hope I made sense, but if you have any questions just let me know.
Thanks for visiting!
I'm here with the first update of my December daily 2015 :D
I know, I know I'm early. But I figured I needed all the time I can get.

So far I managed to get the first 3 date cards done. I figur I better start with the date cards. That way, at least part of each day will have some decoration.
My aim is to have at least one or two photos per day and a bit of
journaling. That would allow for some filler cards to, so I better get
going - LOL!
I'm taking on a big big project this year. If you follow me, you'll know how much I love love Christmas. So this year I'm planning to take on a December daily. I love this idea of documenting such a magical time and I've watched endless videos of different styles. This year I'm trying something that I was inspired by Nicolejones911. She makes a December daily/project life, please watch her awesome work HERE.
I don't have the space of the time to make a special album for just December as I've seen many do. So I'll be using 12x12 pocket pageprotectors to go with my usual project life album. Only I'm changing the spread from weekly to daily. I'm using Lawn Fawn Snowy day collection from 2014 as my main inspiration. I've already cut the 12x12 papers in to 4x6 cards. For the 3x4 I'll cut up one of those as I go. Please have a look at some of the supplies I've put together, but I'll expect to add things as I go depending on the mood - plus, I have another box of Christmas supplies that is still hidden deep in the closet. You just wait until I get my hands on those goodies - LOL!
Products from my stash:
Doddlebug 12x12 Santa Express collection kit
Sizziz die Wordplay
Sizzix die Boo 31
Sizzix movers & shapers 25th
Technique Tuesday Ali Edwards

I hope you tune in for more Dec daily, it might seem like a long way to go. But I've learned that it tends to sneek up on you faster then you know it.
