The Rubber Buggy challenge - Bloom & Butterflies

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry for this late post.
We're having a new exciting challenge at The Rubber Buggy for you!
This month it's butterflies and blooms :)

Here is my card and it hold a lot of fun products from The Rubber Buggy's store.
I didn't plan to make it as nautical themed from the beginning, but I just adore the colour from the Magnolia paper and the stamp from Prima seashore was perfect to combine with it. I had a blast colouring the image with Tim Holtz distress ink and the rest just followed.

The image is die cut and embossed with Spellbinders nestabilites label one. The top layer is made using Rangers' water color cardstock. I used the clear stamp from Prima seashore collection and stamped with archival inkm, which is water resistant. Then I used the distress ink to watercolor the scene.

The sprouts on the butterfly is just a cut off stamen from one of the WOC flowers.

Products used from the store:
12x12 Magnolia paper sea breeze mythical ocean
Spellbinders nestabilities label one
Prima clear stamp sea shore #1
Wild rose studio clear stamp circle greetings
Magnolia rubber stamp sea banner
WOC large wild roses
WOC tulips
WOC open rose 15mm
Tim Holtz movers and shapers mini butterfly set die
Distress ink iced spruce
Distress ink evergreen bough
Ranger watercolor cardstock
Stamping supplies (smooth cardstock, archival ink, embossing powder, tape, watercolor pen, hot glue)

Thanks for visiting!

I'm entering this in Creative embellishments June challenge - include something nautical
